Delivery & Returns
Every effort is made to dispatch parcels within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or ParcelForce Express48. Please allow approximately 3 working days for delivery within the UK. However due to the recent delays with deliveries we cannot specify how long deliveries may take. Currently some deliveries are taking up to 2 weeks within the UK and up to 4 weeks for Europe and the rest of the world.
Refunds on non delivered items will not be make until 3 weeks have passed for the UK and 6 weeks for Europe and the rest of the world.
The horseman’s flags are sent using ParcelForce Express48 due to their length and can take approximately 2-3 working days for delivery within the UK.
From time to time items can be temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and we will then advise the lead time.

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no-fuss guarantee. Our rope products carry a 12 month warranty.
Should you find the item you have ordered does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange it if returned to us in good/unused condition within 14 days of receiving your goods. This excludes customised items that are made to order. Customised orders cannot be exchanged.
The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel and order under these terms, first contact us and then return your product.
The postage cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility. Unless the item is faulty, there will be an additional postage charge to resend the correct item. We make every effort to ensure that items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you find any item to be faulty, we will happily replace it.
When returning items, please state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.
